Elidjik is situated South-east of the capital; Sophia and like many of our Bulgarian estates has benefitted from significant investment and refurbishment in recent times. This includes not only the visitor facilities but also the hunting areas and high seats, especially those relating to Bow Hunting!

The majority of this area is totally unfenced offering trophy hunting and Wing-shooting for driven and trophy game. The free-roaming species here include significant numbers of Red Stags and Roe Bucks plus Wild Boar and Wolves. In addition there is a decent population of Fallow and Mouflon which are retained within their own region since it is in their respective natures to move and although their 1500 acre area does have a modest fence, the remaining territory is entirely unfenced.

Elidjik offers a combination of walked-up Pheasant shooting over Pointers together with driven game should your party wish to do so and with the capacity to take up to 12 Guests, Elidjik is also a superb location for Driven Boar hunting too.

In terms of trophy hunting, this can be conducted from High Seats or blinds, many of which have been specifically designed with linear window ports which are ideal for Bow Hunters. In addition the Estate, while challenging in terms of topography for those looking to walk-and-stalk, also has made clever use of a former lumber trail which commences at the top of one of it’s peaks and meanders downwards into the valley below where numerous hides and blinds have been constructed, complimented by feeding stations and similar which allow hunters of all physical abilities the opportunity to stalk into their quarry before being collected at the end of the day and returned to the Lodge.
