We represent the Bukovetz Estate deep within Bulgaria's interior and are delighted to introduce some of Europes finest Trophy Hunting in a stunning, exclusive environment.
The reserve is situated 240 km away from Sofia in the center of Bulgaria. It is covering 18 500 hectares of free mountainous land and is set up on the territory of one of the oldest game reserves in the Country.
The territory of the Hunting Reserve is 20000 hectares. The height above basic sea level is from 400 to 1300m. The variety of relief, steep slopes, ravines, valleys, woods, plenty of springs, rivers and brooks make the territory an appropriate habitat for the enormous number of various hooved animals, such as Mouflon, Roe Deer, Fallow and Red Deer and, of course, Wild Boar.
This region is characterized with moderate climate. The Northern slopes of Stara Planina abound in sweeping streams and dense forests and within the reserve we develop populations of wild boar, moufflon, fallow deer red deer and roe deer. Bukovetz frequently generates gold and silver medals.
Within the Estate there are constructed convenient and comfortable hides with heat and noise isolation and our fleet of 4x4 and military specification vehicles are always available to drive our guests to the hunting territories. Throughout the year the hunting of moufflon and wild boar is permitted and in the case of Boar the estate often generates trophys of 22 – 23 cm. The trophy qualities of the moufflon are indisputable and shooting an animal with 92cm+ horns are not unusual.

The premises within the Hunting Reserve are luxurious. There is a spacious dining room with fire-place and 12 rooms; there are double beds in ten of the rooms and single beds in two of the rooms. All rooms are equipped with shower and toilet; there is a TV set in each room with fire-places in three of the rooms.
We have found that the whole Hunting Reserve is designated for hunters and their families, for example, Bukovetz boasts kind and amiable staff, great variety of tasty food served at appropriate hours, lovely conditions to stay in. You will have at your disposal: bows and arbalests to rent (they can also be used for hunting), firearms to rent (great choice of various marks, sizes and calibers, all firearms are in good technical condition), pistol target shooting, (you can go hunting with pistols), outings on horse back and horse riding training, driving of four-wheel carts, spa treatments for the ladies and a fully equipped fitness centre compliented by a free-flowing River filled with Carp should you also enjoy a spot of fishing.
