7 Day 10 Animal Cull Hunt - Natal
One of the most sought after locations that most hunters look for are 'natural' or 'untouched' locations and every once in a while, we all stumble upon something special in an unexpected location, and in this case I am talking about the newly opened Mawana Wildlife Reserve in Kwazulu Natal.
Beyers Coetzee is a former World Champion Bow-Hunter (Field Archery) and at Mawana it is possible to walk and stalk with a bow when he regularly positions stalkers within 10m of Impala, 20m from Duiker (and we all know how hard they can be to hunt) not to mention 40m from Wildebeest and 60m from Giraffe. (see below)
Facilities at Mawana are of a good standard with large rooms and en-suite facilities. Air-conditioning has been installed at the Reserve and work is currently underway to build a tented camp on a remote outpost of the estate. Kindly note that steel fencing is already in place to keep the Hippo Elephant and Rhino out of the camp!
This package is for a 7 day management or non-trophy Cull Hunt which is an annual necessity at Mawana due to the high levels of livestock on the reserve during which time you will take 5 non-trophy Impala and 5 non-trophy Blue Wildebeest. Additional species can also be taken and trophies can also be added should you wish? We have had several visitors use this package as athe basis for an exceptional hunt, adding trophy species to compliment the management activities to ensure lots of shooting during your visit! Additional Impala can be added at £85 + vat and Wildebeest at £125 + vat - max 500 animals per party.
